I’ve been swept off my feet recently and wanted to do a vLog to announce Alpha Dog but, alas, I’ve been pumping out tracks left, right and center this past week – a sight best left off camera!! ^^

So this is interesting… Alpha Dog catching the attention of the Americans. It was completely unplanned, but since the opportunity came about I thought I’d give the song a good enough chance with a more club-friendly remix for the DJs to play with.

Btw… YouTube is screwing up the Phunkstar Vocal Mix by cutting off the audio after 1min 30. This is due to an error with their upload service and as soon as they’re sorted themselves out I’ll re-upload it to the channel.

Just got the news that Cheryl’s label loved the mix so much they’ve decided to add it to the last minute promo they have lined up for the single! “Fight for this Love” is available on October 19th and expect the Phunkstar remixes to pop-up shortly beforehand. A preview will be heading to the blog and YouTube VERY shortly…

REMIX: Dolly Rockers get Phunkstar remix!

Anyone in the UK has probably heard of the Dolly Rockers, though they’re not quite like other girl groups. They’re a bit more boisterous, up for trouble and launched their debut single earlier this year. I thought “Gold Digger” was great, but their next single “Boys Will Be Boys” is awesome and hideously catchy.

Anyhoo, the best bit about all this is that it’s getting a spanking new Phunkstar remix from yours truly! (^_____^) More info coming soon…
