A preview will be heading to the blog and YouTube VERY shortly…In the meantime, enjoy the original!

REMIX: Dolly Rockers get Phunkstar remix!
Posted on September 14th, 2009 8 commentsAnyone in the UK has probably heard of the Dolly Rockers, though they’re not quite like other girl groups. They’re a bit more boisterous, up for trouble and launched their debut single earlier this year. I thought “Gold Digger” was great, but their next single “Boys Will Be Boys” is awesome and hideously catchy.
Anyhoo, the best bit about all this is that it’s getting a spanking new Phunkstar remix from yours truly! (^_____^) More info coming soon…

ALBUM: 1st Single and news update
Posted on November 17th, 2008 11 commentsWhen taking a break, people generally flee to the opposing coastline. In New York you go to LA, in Sydney you go to Perth… but what do you do if you live right in the middle of rainy ol’ England? You have the east coast (England), where you are more likely to bump into a martian rather than another human being, or the west coast (Wales) which is a combination of seaside towns and picturesque mountains. However, if you dare climb one of these monstrosities beware of the weather (see above)… but the view’s worth it. Read the rest of this entry »

POSSIBLY THE BIGGEST BLOG I’M EVER LIKELY TO POST
Posted on June 14th, 2008 No commentsHey folks! Got a lot to squeeze into this blog so I’ll try to get through it all as quickly as possible before I bore you… ^_^
>>ONE LUMP, OR TWO?
Firstly, huge apologies for the delay of this update. This is because I’ve only recently gotten out of hospital after having what appears to be a tumour removed from my back. But don’t fret, things are already returning to normal and I even managed to get back into the studio this week. Before you all freak, I am taking things very slow so I can make a speedy recovery and get back to doing what I do best.>>PARLEZ VOUS FRANÇAIS?
In the meantime, I have been working on a new collaboration… not in English… not in Japanese… this time, en Français! I hope to show you the track very soon before it gets digitally released.>>160,000 ENOUGH?
The site is being considered for a restructure since it received over 160,000 hits last month!! Thanks everyone for your support – let’s keep it up!>>ARE YOU READY FOR BJ?
Brace yourself… although it may still be a while off (Rome wasn’t built in a day and all that jazz…) plans are finally coming together for the release of my album. In the meantime I have lots lined up including a few more collaborations with other artists as well as some more covers – send your suggestions in now!! ^_^>>WOULD YOU LIKE FRIES WITH YOUR REMIX?
These days it’s almost as if I never left the Remix Factory!! @_@ I’ve been working on some brand new material – including writing and producing – for a new UK girl band who are currently touring Asia. I’ve also given the Team RF guys a kick up the ass so hopefully they’ll update the RF site and MySpace… tsk tsk… ^_^>>EVEN MORE SONIC?
The press section has been updated with the transcript from my SEGA interview since their site still isn’t quite back online yet. Enjoy!>>YOU KNOW NE-YO?
As you can imagine, I have been doing a fair amount of sitting-on-my-ass recently so I’ve been catching up on all that I’ve missed musically and I came across American superstar Ne-Yo. While his music isn’t always to my personal taste, this guy is to be commended for voicing his opinions on the state of commercial music in the US. Awesome. Check out his interviews circulating on MTV and MySpace.I’ll be taking a break this weekend and then it’s back in the studio to work on some new material – this time it’s actually for myself rather than someone else!! ^_^ Experiments with swing sound interesting..? Stay tuned!

“DEPEND ON YOU” HITS SPOTLIGHT / NEW AYUMI HAMASAKI REMIX
Posted on May 9th, 2008 No commentsI just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who’s supporting “Depend on You” and “Depend on Me” at the moment. I’m thrilled!! ^_^ And it’s so great to hear what you all think.
Surprising since I recorded “Depend on You” waaay before I started studying Japanese. Hopefully by next time my accent will have improved!! ^_^#
I’m very busy at the moment working on lots of projects but I found time to get back to what I love – remixes! I’ve managed to do a very special remix of “STEP You” by Ayumi Hamasaki (ironically the original artist behind “Depend on You”) for Avex Trax. You can check it out right here.
It’s great to hear from you all! I will try and answer as many of your questions as I can.
