HOW DO I DOWNLOAD?

Once you have purchased your download and the payment has been successfully processed you will be sent a download URL for your product(s). This link is generated specifically for you so no two customers receive the same link.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS?

Unique URLs are available for 24 (Twenty Four) hours upon successful process of your payment. They are also only available for 3 (Three) download attempts. After either one of these conditions, the link will expire and you will no longer have access to your downloads. These restrictions are to prevent piracy of Copyright material and should be sufficient for you to successfully download your file(s).

CAN I DOWNLOAD USING A MOBILE DEVICE?

We do not recommend using a mobile device to download our products.

While many devices will not have any problems with this, some – including Apple products – cannot handle direct downloads as they require software or apps (such as iTunes) to add items to their media library.

CAN I USE A DOWNLOAD MANAGER APP / CAN I RESUME MY DOWNLOAD?

No, it is highly recommended you DO NOT use a Download Manager app or use the “Resume Download” function.

Because Download Manager applications (and likewise, when you resume a download) you are contacting the BentleyJones.com/Shop server multiple times. Each time a connection is made the server will recognise it as an attempt to download your file(s). Once 3 (Three) connections have been made the link will expire and you will no longer have access to your downloads.

The best way to download your file(s) is to use your standard internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox etc. and to complete your download in one use.

MY LINK HAS EXPIRED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Drop us a message. Because each download URL is unique to each customer, we are able to track the activity of each download and will try our best to rectify the problem for you.
