How do I edit my profile?

When logged in, head over to the profile page and select “edit profile”. There you can change your account details, personal details as well as upload a profile picture. Please note, inappropriate or offensive profile pictures will be removed. Repeat offenders may risk having their account permanently banned.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

To select a different membership tier, simply contact us to cancel your existing membership. Then go to the memberships page and select the new membership you’d like to change to.

Once you have purchased your download and the payment has been successfully processed you will be sent a download URL for your product(s). This link is generated specifically for you so no two customers receive the same link.


Unique URLs are available for 48 (Forty Eight) hours upon successful process of your payment. They are also only available for 5 (Five) download attempts. After either one of these conditions, the link will expire and you will no longer have access to your downloads. These restrictions are to prevent piracy of Copyright material and should be sufficient for you to successfully download your file(s).


We do not recommend using a mobile device to download our products.

While many devices will not have any problems with this, some – including Apple products – cannot handle direct downloads as they require software or apps (such as iTunes) to add items to their media library.


No, it is highly recommended you DO NOT use a Download Manager app or use the “Resume Download” function.

Because Download Manager applications (and likewise, when you resume a download) you are contacting the server multiple times. Each time a connection is made the server will recognise it as an attempt to download your file(s). Once 3 (Three) connections have been made the link will expire and you will no longer have access to your downloads.

The best way to download your file(s) is to use your standard internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox etc. and to complete your download in one use.

PayPal is the fastest and most secure way to make online payments. You can use PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account (see below), however signing up for a PayPal account is completely free. The benefits of having an account include not having to re-enter your personal information for each payment. For more information see


1) Once you have chosen your products, click the “Checkout with PayPal” in the shopping cart area. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.

2) At the PayPal payment page, underneath the log in area, where it says “Don’t have a PayPal account?” click “continue checkout”

3) Input all the required personal details and payment information. Once you have made sure they are all correct click the “Review Payment” button.

4) Review your order and once you have made sure all the details are correct, click the “continue” button.

5) Review your order details and click “Make Payment”.

6) Your order is complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the address you used during the payment process.

What happens to my PayPal information?

PayPal is a secure gateway and all of your payment information is handled by PayPal. does not have access to any of your payment information.

All shipping rates are calculated by Royal Mail. Items are normally dispatched within 3 working days of completing the payment process if all items are in stock. However during peak periods (new releases, holidays, sale periods etc.) it may take up to 7 working days to dispatch your order.

Import & custom charges

International deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import and custom charges. This is dependent on which country you live in and the products that you have ordered. Please check with your national border control whether your order may be subject to these charges.

Why isn’t XXX track available for streaming?

The world of music rights can be complicated and arduous at the best of times. Ben always does his best to make his work available in as many places as possible. So if a particular song isn’t on certain platforms, there’s probably a good reason for it. This is more relevant to co-writes, soundtracks and cover versions where music rights and licensing are more complicated.


Vocal stems can be tricky due to licensing etc. If a stem isn’t available, it’s likely due to good reason. Future stems will be made available here on first. However, if you’re asking for freebies, see the above question.

WHY IS XXX ITEM SO EXPENSIVE? I can get it cheaper on XXX.

All contributions to are the BEST way to support Ben and his work. Prices are set accordingly, factoring in transaction fees. If you’re looking to support Ben then you’re in the right place. If you’re looking for the cheapest deal for Ben’s music then you’re better off elsewhere.
