Download Tips

When trying to download your digital products:

    • Do not use a download manager. Our server will detect this as multiple downloads and invalidate your links.

    • Do not download using a mobile device unless you know that it is capable of direct downloads. Some mobile devices – including Apple devices (iPhones, iPads etc.) – cannot handle direct downloads and all media (music and video) music be imported using the manufacturer’s software or app such as iTunes.

    • Where possible, use a computer (PC or Mac) to download your products. This is the most reliable download method. You may then transfer your digital products to other devices.
