#ProjectPlaylist Submissions Agreement

By submitting materials (including but not limited to text, lyrics, concepts, ideas, audio recordings, video recordings) to URL https://bentleyjones.com/ including sub-URLs in relation to the musical project “Playlist” through comment forms, e-mail, external sites or other means, you agree to exclusively transfer ownership and all creative rights of the materials (including but not limited to master copyrights and publishing rights) in perpetuity to Bentley Jones / Remix Factory Music without restriction in adherence to the terms in this agreement so that Remix Factory Music may be free to exploit the materials through any means as they so choose.

You also agree to waive all ownership and moral rights to the materials now or retroactively and will not be entitled to claim any such rights, royalties, payments, claims, or any such obligations in the future.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the submitted materials are entirely original and do not infringe any existing copyrights or licenses. All materials submitted should be your own and that you are not submitting them on behalf of someone else.

Bentley Jones / Remix Factory Music cannot be held liable for any materials submitted that may contain nudity, sexual, violent or offensive content, or any materials that may generally be considered inappropriate. Bentley Jones / Remix Factory Music promise to make our best endeavours to remove any inappropriate materials as soon as they are brought to our attention, and will do so at our discretion.

All minors under the age of 16 years will need consent from their parent or legal guardian to enter into this agreement. By submitting any materials to the above URL you are stating that you have the aforementioned consent and that Bentley Jones / Remix Factory Music cannot be held liable for exploiting your child’s image. If you are a parent or legal guardian and feel your child has entered into this agreement without your consent, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We will do all we can to remove your child’s materials from our site and public circulation. However, please be aware that once materials enter the public domain in adherence to this agreement this may not be possible.

Bentley Jones / Remix Factory Music cannot be held responsible if materials are submitted that breach the terms of this agreement. If such materials are discovered the person(s) who submitted them shall be held liable.

By submitting materials to the aforementioned URL you are stating that you fully understand and agree to the terms of this agreement.
